Hear ye, hear ye Citizens of the Palace. A news update is brought forth from the darkest corners of the world to your front door. As always, we encourage our readers to steer clear of high-conflict zones. Our spies risk their lives so you don’t have to, and this is their report:

Auryx'nam

Deep in the wild jungles of the draconic continent a massive beast of demonic power was destroyed. The monster was protecting an egg capable of birthing new creatures. It's an egg the local heroes hope to hatch into a new version of a slain friend defeated by the demonic creature rather than allowing it to create another demonic entity. Our spies report that the heroes found more worrying matters ahead of them, however. The tower they had been journeying towards, where they had placed their hopes of resolving the undead crisis, was found a war-torn place. Scores of acolytes and gazisser forces were found dead along a massive crack in the earth below the tower grounds. Are all hopes of resolution lost? Only time shall tell.

Mesdev

Insights into Seilie community reveal the return of a long, lost elven maiden has stirred a hive of rumor. The elves speak in wonder about the wizardly woman's travels, and how much she might have been changed by them. A few elves of that community have reportedly negotiating the destruction of a sea beast inside of their neighboring river from the heroes going through the village.

Losamyn

The street urchins of Reva-Tiran whisper of change amongst the darker streets. They tell a tale of hidden powers preparing to reveal themselves. Of serpents in the darkness waiting to strike. Three secretive organizations all plot to dethrone the devil leader of Highmark. But not everyone can share in that glory.

While these forces plot their lofty ambitions, even darker ones formulate in the furthest, deepest nightmares below the city. A prominent cult was recently upended by the dark beings they imprisoned, and the eldritch horrors are being let loose off their chains.

Chains cannot hold back the Infinity Ape, however, whose team has succeeded in burrowing through the Mashatown manor like it was butter. Beneath the crypt in the back yard they found a living prison of flesh and psionic energy. Members of another cult were imprisoned within, but for what purpose?

Though the seas slumber in times of rest, they do so in the embrace of the black storm that has swallowed this part of the world.....

Umbrage Isles

The battle against the undead besieging Watchfire Hold continues to batter down the heroes struggling to keep them from ruling the mountain fortress once more. As the living forces strain to contain the madness, their strength dwindles dangerously close to being snuffed out. Each undead slain merely reanimates again under the dark curse suffusing their bones. Soon...very soon...the living will fall under the weight of undead resilience.
